You will get to know closely indigenous Sicilian breeds of farm animals and you will learn about the ancient farming techniques, mindful of the wellbeing of the animals and their environment.

You will visit a farm specialised in breeding lovely donkyes for donkey milk production. You will get to know closely indigenous Sicilian breeds of farm animals and you will learn how the products on which the local cuisine is based come to be. The tour will end with a private Sicilian brunch eaten on site with foods carefully selected to reflect the principles of biodiversity and environmental friendliness.
